Nu Skin Case 2003

Issue:  Wrong Perception Toward Direct Selling Business.

Nu Skin, one of giant direct selling from USA, entered to the Thai market
Only one year, Nu Skin grew like mad, all thought Nu Skin business
could help them rich overnight. Down line numbers were expanded rapidly.
But no earnings.  Since then there were continued media report about
Nu Skin was cheating, by quoting angry distributors.

Siam PR was awarded to conduct PR for crisis situation and continued
Pro-active PR campaign.

Achievement:
Urgent action plan was put in place to build right awareness and understanding
toward Nu Skin and direct selling business.
Developed clear message about direct selling and Nu Skin and effectively
communicated to crucial targets include reporters, distributors, staff and
government authorities.
