Executives should be communications leaders in stimulating staff to learn and exchange their ideas on digital, familiar the platform as if they are in the office or meeting room (like before the pandemic)
In the circumstance of no personal facing, talking through e-mail, line, messenger and Zoom, easily interpret to wrong meaning from the origin. Leaders should have more conversation than writing, verbal communications would help the audience absorbing the message and story more deeply than letters.
